So are all students going to scotland to get their degrees now?

I think it is a damn cheek the Scottish parliment voting to scrap the fees for uni students when the English tax payer is picking up the tab! Whats next in this green and wonderful land of ours, upping the council tax to buy bush and blair a cottage in the lake district. England must be by now the country with the weakest backbone in Europe, if not the world.........
