What will come of the Japanese parliament asking tough questions about 9/11?

9-11 is our own sorrow to bear. They should be prepared for something like it happening in their own country. How many countries sent aid to the US at that time? How about Katrina, did the the rest of the world reach out as we do to them when a disaster happens? I don't think America will follow suit.
