Whats a good 125cc motorcycle?

i've just ped my CBT and plan on getting a 125cc soon. However as it will be my first i'm not sure about which to get. im male, 5"8, 9 stone, and my favourite bike is the triumph bonneville. i've seen a LEXMOTO XTRS and a AJS JS 125 eco, are these any good? my budgets �1000-1500 + any suggestions and help is appreciated.
