Am I a Christian or not?

I'd like to think of myself as a free thinker & philosopher. I love logic and science, but when it comes to "god" and the bible I just don't agree with it. I don't believe in the bible, nor 99.9% of whats in it I do find some of what is said in the bible to be inspirational, and motivating, but everything else is just buffoonery in my opinion. I believe there is no such thing as Adam & Eve I believe in evolution, that we as humans evolved over time as well as many other wonderful species. God himself did not write the bible so why do people say its the "word of god"? HOWEVER I still find myself talking to A god I do refer to this god as Jesus, or just god alone, but I dont really envision a man in the clouds more so the air I breathe, the sun, the gr, just natures beings...for a while its bothered me because Im confused on where I stand with this. I don't have hate nor talk down upon anybodies religion as I feel you are to believe in what you want to, I love people for people and not for what or who they believe in. Can you give me some insight to help me clarify my mind - Thanks!
