Is there a time where pedestrians do not have the right away?

Doesn't matter if they were not in a cross walk, the cop though you should have seen them so he gave you the ticket. This is one of those great opinion things where the cops word has a lot of weight. When you go to court, no matter how many pictures or drawings you have the judge will side with the cop. Your best bet, go there plea guilty, say you are sorry. Ask for traffic school and no points---if you are polite and act like you know you did wrong the judge will give it to you. Go in with an attitude or sating you were not in the wrong and the judge will be harsher with you
