I Had Dnc on April 22 and have not had a period and my body is acting as if I were pregnant could this be?

I have always had problems getting pregnant I now have a child that is going to be 7 but I was wanting to have another.. I had to have the Dnc do to the health problems Ive had for years.. Now ive not had a period and my body is going crazy.. Ive tested and the test came up neg..so if Im not pregnant what else culd it be.. Im now going to be a week from 2 months of having the dnc and nothing.. Please some one help me!!!
