leakage after bowel movement?

As of id say around a year i have had painful bowel movements that take excessive wiping to get clean. After wiping tons of time to make sure i am fully clean. I have to go back to the bathroom after an hour or so and wipe again only to see feces on the paper. I am honestly to nervous to bring it up to my parents because its so awkward, Im 100% straight and have never had . Anyone have a clue as to why this is happening
