In Canada is a woman legally obligated to tell a man he is the father of her baby?

Morally if he was a good guy I would say you should tell him but if he is a **** disturber.. you dont want that in your daughters life. Just don't tell him. Get on with your life. He left you so he does't want to be there anyway.
