I can't remember the name of this Christan song?

Ok so i heard this song awhile back so i can't remember the lyrics all i can remember is what it's about. I know it's a long shot but i figured i would give it a try. So it's a guy singer and he sings about being in this coffee shop and seeing this girl who looks really sad and he talks about how she must feel so alone and how he wants to reach her and tell her she isn't alone and that somebody loves her. I remember this one line about how he see's her shed a single tear and he talks about a shattering window or something...I know it's not a lot to go off but i guess i'm just hoping someone knows this song because i really liked it
