How can you speed up relative time?

If you can slow down relative time by moving faster (approaching the speed of light) and by moving towards a great gravational force, I ume you can speed up time by slowing down and moving away from gravity? I'm guessing this could be done by leaving the earth and staying in a fixed XYZ point in the universe (allowing the earth, solar system, milky way, etc to speed away?) If I am correct about this.. how fast would time increase for you..to an infinite speed? Thanks!
