From personal experience, how many miles a day do recruits run at BCT in Ft.Benning?

I was thinking about enlisting for Infantry and would like to get a good idea of the amount of miles ran on average there. I would like to be able to do what they do before I leave. When I asked friends who went to other place for bct they al had different things to say so I figured I'd ask about benning. Thanks.
