Does anyone get annoyed for waiting for people to talk to you?

like on msn or real ;life.. just want others to tell me whats the most annoying way they find... mines on msn and you really want to talk tosomeone and then they come online but then they stay on for about 5 minutes and then its like orr sorry i have to go ill be back on in a bit and they never are.. kind of annoying for me in my eyes what about you?
