Did US forces ever locate the Bongazongoo African super weapon?

There is a well known super weapon called the Bongazongoo which the Booya tribe used to stave off wars between tribes and conquer enemies. It is said that the Bongazongoo although made of shrub, a tree log and some gas producing herbs (lethal of course) was used to wipe out entire regions of Africans at a time. This weapon could be used as a projectile into the middle of tribal regions and thus kill everyone, it was known as black magic but its real name was Bongazongoo. There was a case where Delta Force was sent out to locate it, as it was buried due to fear and in fighting, and there was once an idea that it could be used effectively in the case of Soviet invasion. Did they ever find it? What was the progress on that?
