Christians, what do you think of the following statement?

god does not exist. He is a fictional character in a book of fables and myths written by bronze aged man thousands of years ago. There is not one shred of evidence to support the existence of god, Jesus, the devil, angels or demons. The bible is an amalgamation of fables, myths and stories gathered up from other religions and peoples including the Egyptians and Mesopotamians in order to create a religion that would keep man in a perpetual state of self loathing and self hatred based on his supposed inherent imperfection and sin. Religion is a form of control to keep you subservient to the church. Since no man can hope to not commit a biblical sin, and since the church is the only place where you can absolve yourself of that sin you are kept in emotional slavery. Wake up.
